Andrew brings a wealth of experience as a senior leader with over 20 years of experience in the Information and Communications Technology industry and more than 10 years in senior leadership roles.
Andrew began his journey in Technology as an HR Analyst at the Telecommunication Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT), but his desire to know and understand technology led him to dive into the world of Information Communication Technologies (ICT). Over the tenure of his career, he has held roles of increasing complexity and responsibility, including Helpdesk Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Manager IT Infrastructure, and Manager Networks and System. As such, he possesses a deep and personal understanding of client-side operations.
Andrew’s focus on innovation saw him achieve and contribute to the achievement of major milestones during his tenure at TSTT. Among his achievements are the Digitization and the Digital Transformation of TSTT’s IT Infrastructure, the building and commissioning of TSTT’s first Private and Public Cloud, Update of the TSTT Data Centre Network, IT Infrastructure compliance with EIA/TIA 942 standards, the creation of the TSTT Tier3 Data Centre and establishment of its first next-generation networking and security infrastructure.
In his role at SECI, Andrew leads the cultural and commercial approach to business. Andrew’s core values are Love, Honour, and Respect, tenets which underscore his belief in servant -leadership and his quest to find creative ways to enrich the experiences and the lives of his team members.
